Derek and Nikki have been married 11 years and have a son named Silas. Derek graduated from Lee University and has served as a pastor in various leadership and teaching roles for the past 20 years. Nikki graduated from ORU and is passionate about teaching God’s word. After 5 years of infertility, God gifted Derek and Nikki with a miracle through the birth of their son, Silas. Silas has followed in the footsteps of his father, and he loves people fiercely.
Derek, Nikki & Silas love to travel, enjoy tasty food, and laugh loud, hard, and often. The Dales desire to see every person know God, find freedom, discover purpose and make a difference!
Our Pastors
It is our greatest desire to see children personally experience the love of God and to learn, know and trust His Word. Brighthouse Kids is a place of community, where children will have fun making new friends, be championed by leaders, and be equipped to shine bright knowing that God is not a secret to be kept!
