Upon Your Arrival
Let's be honest, walking into a place you have never been and surrounded by people you don’t know can be awkward so we want to let you know everything you can expect upon arrival.
As you pull in, someone from our parking team will direct you to an open parking spot. From there, you can follow the signage to the “New Here” tent where we’ll have someone there ready to greet you, answer any questions you have, and show you exactly where to go. If you have kids, they will assist you with getting them checked in to Brighthouse Kids!
Would you prefer to stay anonymous on your first visit? No problem at all. When you're ready, we'd love to introduce ourselves and show you how to connect within our authentic community.

Our goal isn’t to babysit your kids while you sit in the adult experience. Instead, we aim to partner with you in raising world changers. We strive to create a safe, fun and memorable experience for your kids.
